At Enduro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our Exchanges & Returns Policy makes it simple to request a return or exchange.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• All original accessories, manuals, and parts are included

• Proof of purchase is provided

Note: Custom, oversized, or heavy fitness equipment may have special return conditions. Please check the product page or contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color:

1. Contact our support team to request an exchange

2. Provide your order number and details of the desired replacement

3. We will provide instructions for returning the original item

Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, including:

• Custom-built or modified equipment

• Digital products (e.g., online training plans)

• Items marked as “final sale”

Return Shipping

• Standard items: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged

• Heavy, oversized, or non-standard equipment: Returns require special shipping arrangements, which may incur additional costs

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

2. Provide photos of the damage and your order number

3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
